Payment
We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Laser Cards. You may also pay 'offline' via Cheque and Postal Order (made payable to Mischief Makers) or Bank Transfer. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full. Cancellation
Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date for Cork deliveries. Where delivery is to be made via a third party orders can be amended or cancelled up to 3 working days prior to delivery date requested Where delivery is to be made outside Ireland and the UK please provide notification 48 hours before the intended delivery date.
To amend or cancel your order, please contact Mischief Makers on +353 21 4894550 from 9.00 am until 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am until 2pm on Saturday. You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
Returns
We are confident that you will be completely happy with your purchase from Mischief Makers. However should you wish to return any item, we provide a 'no quibble' money back guarantee. This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days of the purchase and we will credit your account with a full refund for the price you have paid for the item.

Delivery Charges
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Shipping
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
